May 11th (Tuesday) - Isle of Wight and Osborne House (EH).
With four full coachs we drove the short journey to Southampton for the ferry to the Isle of Wight, then across the island to Shanklin for a lunchtime stroll. The wind was brisk but the sun helped to warm us up!
After lunch we drove to Osbourne House for the remainder of the afternoon. Queen Victoria's home always impresses with the supurb house and gardens:
